PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® aims to maximise performance that is both aerobic and anaerobic in nature. It supplies energy in the form of sequential carbohydrates and free amino-acids, in order to prevent decrements in strength, sprint and endurance performance. It contains a blend of simple and complex carbohydrates (mono- and poly- saccharides), which provides a gradual and prolonged release of energy. It also provides highly bioavailable creatine, α-ketoglutaric acid along with alanine, taurine, and aspartates, all of which promote for strong continuous efforts. This product provides an optimal supply of vitamins and co-factors, ensuring effective functioning of the metabolic processes involved in energy generation and muscular contraction. This product also contains standardized phytoderivatives of Guarana and Ginseng, which combined with the electrolytes provided, reduces susceptibility to cramps and also helps to maximise high-intensity performance.

PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® is aimed for sports relying on performance containing both aerobic and anaerobic elements (i.e. soccer, rugby, basketball, tennis, martial arts, body building). By providing a gradual, more prolonged release of energy, this helps to delay the onset of fatigue and promotes muscular endurance. This product is suitable for medium-duration sports requiring the performance of multiple continuous sprints. PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® is recommended for use before training, a sporting event, or competition.

We recommend consuming this product approximately 30 minutes prior to performance. Consume 1 sachet in approximately 200ml of water for medium duration performance, and 2 sachets (in 400-500ml water) for more intense and prolonged physical activities. To ensure for optimal hydration and to obtain the best results, it is recommended to drink approximately 200ml of pure water 10-15 minutes prior to exercise commencement.

Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date is conditional to the product remaining sealed and stored under the recommended storage conditions.
