ENERGIA RAPIDA® provides a rapid energy supply to prevent dips in blood glucose and the sudden onset of fatigue. Nutrients in ENERGIA RAPIDA® facilitate the metabolic processes of energy production and muscular contraction. ENERGIA RAPIDA® contains carbohydrates, amino-acids (alanine, glutamic acid), electrolytes, and ginseng (in the form of ginsenosides), which all contribute to providing the body with a rapid and sustained supply of energy. Alanine is metabolized in the alanine-glucose cycle and provides a source of energy during periods of hypoglycaemia. This product contains a small amount of caffeine. Caffeine is documented to improve endurance performance. ENERGIA RAPIDA® contains standardised extract of Panax Ginseng. Ginseng is an ergogenic adaptogenic herb, which helps the body to tolerate stress and promotes enhanced endurance performance and recovery.
ENERGIA RAPIDA® contains the electrolytes: potassium (K), sodium (Na), and chloride (Cl). Electrolytes maintain electrolyte balance and can promote fluid ingestion and hydration. ENERGIA RAPIDA® provides a rapid energy source to accommodate for the increased physical demands of professional sport.

ENERGIA RAPIDA® is beneficial for use when a rapid supply of energy is required. ENERGIA RAPIDA® is advised during intense, long-duration activities. Maintenance of blood glucose levels is crucial for optimum functioning of the mind and muscles. Intense activities lasting longer than 90 minutes require the consumption of carbohydrates to prevent hypoglycaemia.

Consume when required, taking a maximum of 2-3 vials per day. If taken in the morning, following a prolonged fasting period ENERGIA RAPIDA® provides a rapid and easily absorbable supply of energy. We recommend consuming with/ followed by approximately 50-100ml water. As for all endurance products, we recommend that you practice and familiarise yourself with this product in training before use during competition.
