ENERGIA RAPIDA PROFESSIONAL® contains a blend of short, medium and long -chain carbohydrates, ensuring the body is supplied with both a rapid and prolonged supply of energy. This product is recommended for highly intense and long duration endurance exercise. ENERGIA RAPIDA PROFESSIONAL® contains the electrolyte potassium (K); potassium improves the speed of absorption of glucose into the blood stream. Thus ENERGIA RAPIDA PROFESSIONAL® rapidly replenishes and maintains blood glucose levels important to sustain prolonged and highly intense exercise.

ENERGIA RAPIDA PROFESSIONAL® is beneficial for use when a rapid and sustained supply of energy is required. Taking carbohydrates on board (approximately 30-60g carbohydrate every hour in sports lasting 90 minutes or longer) during endurance sports is important to prevent loss in energy, reduced pace and power, decreased focus and concentration and to prevent the development of exercise induced hypoglycaemia.

We recommend 1-3 packs per day. Consume one when required, prior to the onset of fatigue, preferably within 60 minutes of sustained endurance activity. We recommend consuming this product with some additional water.
