TECNICA is reccomended to provide energy before and during training session. It has a fast absorption energy, with excellent digestibility. It gives fast, easily digestible and long lasting energy.

WE SUGGEST:
We reccomend to try TECNICA in a training session before using it in a race because each body has slightly different energetic demands and absorbtion times; It's easy to understand how TECNICA gives energy to each different person by trying it during a normal training session.

BEFORE: we reccomend to eat the energy bar 60-90 minutes before hard training session, assume with a glass of water.
DURING
Long distances – assume each 1,5 – 2 hours of race with a bit of water
Medium distances – assume about halfway with a bit of water.
