TECNICA Orange® is beneficial for supplying an energy boost before and during training. It is easily and rapidly digested and absorbed, providing a fast-acting, prolonged source of energy.
Before: We recommend consuming TECNICA Orange® 60-90 minutes prior to a hard training session, with a glass of water. If you are about to engage in intense training or exercise we recommend that you also take PRE-GARA DYNAMIC® or PRE-GARA ENDURANCE® for optimal performance.
During: Medium distances – Consume approximately halfway through training, with a small amount of water. Long distances – Consume every 1.5-2 hours of the race, with a small amount of water.
Suggestions for Use:
Due to highly individual energy demands and digestion and absorption rates, we recommend experimenting with TECNICA Orange® in a training session prior to its’ use during competition. This will enable the individual to easily identify the appropriate timing and amount of TECNICA Orange® to ingest that is most suitable for his/her individual demands and responses.
