BEFORE:
we reccomend to eat the energy bar 60-90 minutes before hard training session, assume with a glass of water.
DURING
Long distances – assume each 1,5 – 2 hours of race with a bit of water
Medium distances – assume about halfway with a bit of water

Raisins, oat flakes, almonds, rice crisps (rice flour, weath gluten, sugar, weath malt, glucose, salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin)), glucose syrup, oligofructose., sugar, fructose, hazelnuts, maltodextrin, acidifier: citric acid, strawberry 0,2%, salt, flavours, colouring agent (carmine).
