When the organism performs an optimal anabolism, right conditions occur for an effective muscular recovery and the improvement of the athletic good shape.
FEATURES
Sientifically studied to speed the post performance recovery phase, to coadjuvate the regeneration of the energy transport system (ADP-ATP) and to supply nutrients useful to physiological processes of muscular anabolism. Coadjuvates the physical and muscular recovery. Creatine positively influences the recovery speed in all sports where the anaerobic component is important, that is where frequent sprints and intense efforts are required: the assumption of creatine is effective because associated to glucids with different absorption speed and with metabolic co-factors. The association with proper amounts of vitamins and minerals provides the organism with substances necessary for proper functioning of the metabolic processes meant to generate energy and to contract muscles, so to allow a rapid and physiological recovery. It brings arginine pyroglutamate, aminoacid influencing various metabolic processes useful in an athlete. Arginine is an important precursor for the endogenous production of creatine and helps the disposal of nitrogen waste. As in all medium or long-duration sport performances an energy fraction derives from proteins, free aminoacids can be useful to favour the physiological process of muscular anabolism. Glucogenic and branched aminoacids play an energetic action and are necessary for physiological anabolic processes. The product associates Iron, Vitamin B12, folacin and Vitamin C, for a more effective intake of Iron, involved in the cell energy production, and often deficient in athletes. The product also supplies a portion of ornitine -ketoglutarate which, together with lysine, arginine and branched aminoacids, is useful to favour the physiological processes of muscular anabolism.
A regular adoption of this product at end of training affords a general wellbeing feeling, and contributes to a more rapid recovery of cellular nutrients: consequently a better performance is likely determined in following sport events.

Studied to optimize the post-training and post-competition recovery phase. Suitable for all sports, aerobic and anaerobic. It reduces the catabolic phase whilst rendering the anabolic phase more effective, therefore facilitating the muscular growth and the increase of strenght. It allows a rapid recovery of the cell nutrients and of energy. It facilitates a rapid disposal of exercise catabolites.

We recommend to assume the product at least 15-30 minutes after end of performance. Use 1 sachet (in 250-300 ml of water) after medium-duration exercise. Use 2 sachets (in 400-500 ml of water) after an intense and prolonged exercise.

Store in a dry cool place. The expiration date refers to the integer product, correctly stored. In case of prolonged assumption (more than 6-8 weeks) consult a physician. Controindicated in kidney pathology, pregnancy, and below 12 years of age.
