Mauro Giaconia (Waterpolo Palermo), recordman in extreme swimming competition, won the Bad Radkersburg's 24 h challenge, the most important international race in endurance swimming, finishing the race after 72km750m.
That's another great success for the italian swimmer that fixed, in 2009, a new world record in Chile swimming 101km in the longest pool in the world. "I felt really fine and I was glad to challenge with great athletes, after I had to stop for a while. This victory has been a new birth for me and now I'm ready to plan new adventures!"
Congratulation to Mauro from the entire EthicSport Staff
